Decorative schemes for single room makeovers
Full design service with project management for makeovers, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and full property refurbishments
Our service starts with an hourly consultation for those that do not require the full design service. Hourly consultations are best suited to advising on colour or guidance on detail. The rate for this is £75 per hour plus vat, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. An additional charge for travel may apply according to the distance of the property.
From there on fees are calculated on a per project basis. An initial consultation is offered free of charge to formulate the brief for the project and ascertain the fee. This depends on the scope of the work and our involvement. Full project management is offered as part of our service.
Once fees have been agreed a series of meetings will take place to discuss the brief in greater detail. We'll listen to your preferences and practical requirements and work with you every step of the way to guide you through the transformation of your property. Visuals can be provided as part of the process.
